Hi! I'm Melanie
I am a North Carolina based designer who loves the beach, my two pups, all things hygge, trying out new recipes, and being outdoors with my family. I have my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and more than 10 years of professional design experience.
As the lead designer on every project, I work closely with clients to strengthen and elevate their brand experiences. It is truly energizing and exciting for me to get to help people by doing what I love and to collaborate with people who reciprocate the same energy and passion through their own businesses.

What's with the name?
If you’re wondering if the studio is orange — you’re close. Murphy is my little orange studio pup. Although most days, he sleeps on the job, he is always by my side. He is my daily dose of inspiration, the most loyal companion, and an all around good boy.
Fun fact: the Little Orange Studio brand icon is indeed a hand-drawn silhouette of Murphy himself.
